Out of print patterns only
We only supply out of print patterns in this online store. If you have seen Form-A-Lines designs elsewhere that do not appear in this store they are probably still in print. You can purchase these by visiting one of our printed patterns suppliers.
The checkout process
During the checkout process email messages are sent to you to confirm your order's progress.
• New customers are sent an email confirming their password.
• An order confirmation email is sent when you click the [ Submit order for payment ] button.
• An order dispatch confirmation email is sent when your payment is complete.
If these emails do not arrive please e-mail info@form-a-lines.com giving us as much information as possible so that we can trace your order.
Pattern delivery
PATTERNS are delivered by DOWNLOAD to your computer.
To download your patterns:
1. Login to your Form-A-Lines Account.
2. Go to "Order History".
3. Select "View Order Details" from the order list.
4. You will find download links to your files there.
Please download your files as soon as possible as they are only available for 60 days.

Payment problems
We use the secure services of PayPal for processing your credit card payment. Payment takes place on the PayPal secure web site. Form-A-Lines do not handle or store any credit card numbers or bank account details on our system.
If you are not a member of PayPal you can ignore the "Log In" box. Select your card type and complete all the details requested. Then click the "Continue Checkout" button near the foot of the PayPal page.
Tip for first-time users: Do not leave any spaces or add dashes when entering your credit card number.
Card denied.
If your problem is that your credit card has been denied then PayPal have made this statement: "Since this process is very complex, it does occasionally affect valid cards. The denial of your credit card is not reflective of your credit worthiness. In cases where a valid card fails our system checks, we suggest that you try another credit card in the system."
