Wholesale trading terms and conditions.

New customers

We only supply genuine trade customers at wholesale prices. We will require you to sign an agreement not to copy our books. Products are supplied for resale in shops and similar businesses but not for resale on the Internet.

There is a minimum first order of 60 books, for subsequent orders there is a minimum order of 10 books. Two or more of each selected book are required on a first order. On subsequent orders books can be ordered individually.

Price

Unless otherwise stated in writing the price of the goods is that given in Form-A-Lines price list current at the date of order and is exclusive of Value Added Tax.

Overseas customers: Any tax and/or import duty will be payable by the customer to their own revenue services.

Shipping

Shipping by Royal Mail or by printed paper rate airmail is included in the price quoted. Any other methods of shipping requested by the customer will be charged at cost.

Payment

Full payment to be received before the goods are dispatched.

Delivery

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Form-A-Lines will despatch goods as soon as practical following the receipt of an order. In the event of a delivery date being agreed with the customer, that date will be intended as an estimate only and will not be of the essence. If Form-A-Lines is prevented or delayed from making delivery of the goods on the estimated date due to conditions outside its control it will be entitled to either cancel the contract or extend the estimated delivery date with no liability.

Returns

Any problems relating to the goods must be notified to Form-A-Lines by the customer within 5 days of the delivery date. Goods must only be returned after Form-A-Lines has been notified and you have been requested to do so. It may not be necessary to return damaged items.

Reservation of title

All goods will remain the property of Form-A-Lines until paid for in full.

Intellectual property

Any copyright or other industrial or intellectual property right relating to goods manufactured by Form-A-Lines shall remain Form-A-Lines absolute property and shall not be disclosed or copied without Form-A-Lines written consent.

No Internet sales

Products are supplied for resale in shops and similar businesses but not for resale on the Internet.
